Earlybirds can be contacted 7 days per week via info@earlybirdsbabywear.com. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your garments, delivery, refunds & returns. We will respond to your query as quickly as possible.

Delivery of Orders

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Most orders will be shipped by the day after ordering. We use Fedex for deliveries within the US. International parcels are sent via air mail and usually take 5-7 days depending on the destination of the country.

Refunds & Returns

Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately to discuss any returns or exchanges. Garments must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will accept returned goods providing they have not been worn, washed, damaged or the packaging tampered with. All faulty items need to be reviewed and once the fault has been approved you will receive a refund. We report any faults to our production team for their internal investigation.
